Some genuinely talented recruiters and support staff who try hard despite the chaos. Decent commission potential when the market cooperates. A few managers do care and try to provide guidance.

Cons

Extremely high turnover - largely tied to what feels like nonstop shifts in leadership direction. Leadership changes every 1–2 years make it nearly impossible to build momentum or trust. No real confidence in the CEO or the board. Strategies seem to change frequently, and employees are left guessing what the company actually stands for. Culture feels reactive instead of strategic. Goals move constantly, and teams are expected to adapt overnight. Communication is inconsistent, leaving employees in the dark about priorities and expectations. The company tries to be everything at once; would likely perform better focusing on what it historically did well — permanent placements — rather than attempting to stretch into areas that don’t seem to have structure behind them. Morale suffers because employees don’t feel supported or secure.

Being apart of Phaxis for 2+ years now has been one of the most rewarding experiences. I'm surrounded by a team of people who learn from each other, support each other, and most of all truly care about the relationships that are formed with our teachers and therapists. Leadership offers endless support and guidance and wants to see you succeed and grow. Beyond the amazing team and leadership Phaxis participates in many philanthropy events to give back to our communities from participating in Relay for Life, making blankets for animal shelters, creating kits to donate, etc.
