1- management is the WORST. They lie, there is little to no career development, you are a pawn to make them money. One of the managers laughed at how much our salary was one-time saying he could never live off of that. 2- You are essentially a cold-calling robot- don't let them tell you any different 3- If you're not okay with having to do a little bribery/ scamming to get nurses and techs to sign their contracts (knowing full well that phaxis does not have their best deal or best intentions) this job is not for you 4- They'll tell you when you first start how much you can grow here and how in the next 6 months/year/2 years how high up you'll be. It isn't true. The VP worked at a competitor company and just pulls her friends from that company over and puts them above you on the ladder so you hardly if ever climb. Please don't be fooled by them- with that being said. If you're right out of college or need a career change, this is a good place to acquire skills )if you can find nothing else) that after a year or so you can leave and go to a way better position.

Strict on being in the office when they continued to hire remote workers. Had to earn remote days when new hires were given the job fully remote. Pointless meetings were held daily. Turnover rate is extremely high. Promise of making lots of money when very very few people in the company have succeeded. The database of candidates is small. Overall dreaded going in the office daily
