Pros

You may meet some really cool people but many of these people are now gone

Cons

This place can be quite toxic. They take compensation and business away at a moment’s notice. Management can be quite insecure and there is an obvious discrepancy of how recruiters are treated. They play favorites and when management is questioned they can act like you’re speaking a different language. They will completely ignore you and worse gaslight you. And HR isn’t much help as the only reason they seem to exist to many is to do the CEOs dirty work. If you don’t like kissing the frog and taking whatever is thrown your way you’d probably want to look elsewhere. There are healthier places to work. Management here only knows how to use fear and uses it as whip unabashedly. I know tons of good people who have been wronged here and everyone is wondering who’s next. Talented people often end up being targeted. I’ve never seen management talk to people as they they do anywhere else and I’ve never seen the CEO meddle with every day matters as much as anywhere else and get so involved In little matters. If you don’t hit quota for calls it doesn’t matter how much business you have brought in you’re likely the next target

Pros

If you're into constant troubleshooting, both technical and organizational—this place keeps you busy.

Cons

From a tech and operations standpoint, it's a nightmare. Systems are outdated, tools don’t talk to each other, and we’re constantly being asked to “make it work” for last-minute ideas cooked up by leadership with no input from the teams who actually build or support them. There’s no strategic planning. It’s all reaction and patchwork. We implement something, only to tear it down two weeks later because priorities shifted—again. No documentation, no long-term thinking, just rushed rollouts and then silence when they fail. The disconnect between departments is huge. No collaboration, just siloed decisions and surprise changes. And IT is expected to clean up the mess—quietly, quickly, and without question.

Pros

They had some promising idea, but not satisfied

Cons

Phaxis didn't meet my expectations. The project timeline was delayed, and communication was inconsistent. Despite some promising ideas, the final outcome was underwhelming. Wouldn't recommend without significant improvements.
