Onboarading process is confusing Had to take "sexual harassment" training 3 times over and over since they don't provide saving option. Then had to take it over again at the client, AGAIN The worst thing is providing medical benefits, I have to wait 3 months, and the option I was offered cost me more than 1K a months. When I asked how much Phaxis contributes, they couldn't answer and kicked me to the "insurance provider" who kicked me right back to them. Very stressful while working at a very stressful financial client. I will drop them ASAP.

Extremely high turnover - largely tied to what feels like nonstop shifts in leadership direction. Leadership changes every 1–2 years make it nearly impossible to build momentum or trust. No real confidence in the CEO or the board. Strategies seem to change frequently, and employees are left guessing what the company actually stands for. Culture feels reactive instead of strategic. Goals move constantly, and teams are expected to adapt overnight. Communication is inconsistent, leaving employees in the dark about priorities and expectations. The company tries to be everything at once; would likely perform better focusing on what it historically did well — permanent placements — rather than attempting to stretch into areas that don’t seem to have structure behind them. Morale suffers because employees don’t feel supported or secure.
