I am writing to share my experience working at Phaxis, which has unfortunately been quite disappointing. The company seems to gave adopted a strategy of hiring cheap labor while systematically replacing long-time employees. Moreover, tha company has a troubling track record when it comes to promotions. Despite having hardworking ans talented employees, there is little to no recognition or adcancement opportunities for those who truly deserve it. Overall the job itself wasn't bad, just bad moral.

I was underpaid based on location and could not afford to live and I received zero commission for the entire first year despite making numerous placements
