      HR and Payroll are Incompetent

      Pros

      Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Benefits are very good, and pay is decent.

      Cons

      HR will make many mistakes in regards to your benefits - the process is manual which makes everything slow and error prone (this may have changed since Danaher took over). Payroll, and whoever is in charge of your w2 is completely worthless - I had a coworker not get paid for 3 months. There was a big error on my w2 that I tried to have them fix, but they would actively avoid my calls or tell me "it's been sent to my superior; we'll let you know". Very frustrating. This is the norm - everything moves very slow, if at all.

      Pros

      decent offices, and access to Danaher benefits are not bad, but you can get that elsewhere too.

      Cons

      - people are lazy and spend their day coloring boxes red or green and passing the buck - poor salary - people with poor ethics and poor behavior (lying and cheating is the norm), anyone remotely good has long left - they promise people promotions and then delay, make excuses and then when it finally happens they get a lousy coordinator, analyst or at the most leader title
