Location that is it. Family owned and operated business. Brothers, Sisters, Cousins, Nephews, Nieces, Sons, Daughters, In laws, neighbors, etc...

Cons

The job I had was so easy it became so boring after a while. I wanted more responsibilities and challenges but was stuck doing the same thing day in and day out. I felt like I was getting a free paycheck. I left to look for more challenging work that would keep me busy for at least 8 hours.
