the only pros of this company is to get experience in the field of chromatography at a very high ranking corporation. learning the techniques and parts and experiences with other employees. low pay, no communication between higher ups and employees(young and old)

HORRIBLE supervisors and managers. they DO NOT care about their employees, bonuses are of course only given to managers and departments that pass a limit or commission.

Get to do everything from sales and data base management to technical, troubleshooting and on-site visits as well as some practical work with labs on occassion

Cons

Not great pay for the industry, and very low base wage. Too much micro management and there is not enough investment in manufacturing so lead times are increasingly long.
