      There are a lot of company events, and there are all of ways to move up in the company

      Pros

      If you can be in the top 10% of the performers - opportunities do open up and career growth is fast but be prepared to put in long hours and hard work. Company does offer a lot of events for employees and people here do know you by name and teams do work together.

      Cons

      Most of top level management uses too many traditional methods even though the motto is "Breaking with Tradition." Pay is not in line with industry for the entry level and mid level positions (most employees) but surprisingly for top level employees, pay exceeds the industry standard - again that top 10% I mentioned. I would suggest staying in the Sales or Marketing departments at this company.

      Great work environment, great product, fun place to go every day.

      Management did not really do their job which was to help sales rep get better.
