-Very flexible schedule -Job listed as hybrid but is actually remote -So far, supervisors and team members are pretty relaxed and supportive

Cons

-New hire salary range is low $80ks per year, they could not negotiate much - Little critical thinking, very repetitive. This job is brute force management of recall complaints -Unsure of long term stability or growth in this position. I am still new here.
