Business Outlook
Pros
Philips offers a lot of opportunities in many different areas, ie: training, career advancement, benefits, work/life balance, on-site fitness. They are a health and well being company focusing on improving lives, which makes me feel good about working for such a company. I like working for a company that not only people recognize but more than likely have a Philips product in their home.
Cons
Many layers of complexity, but also creates a challenge as well.
