1. Young crowd. 2. Good employee benefits 3. Less to nill firing 4. Very good work life balance 5. Work quality is good depending on the project one is in.

Cons

1. Extreme level of psychophancy from junior members to get ahead. 2. Extreme groupism and internal politics. 3. Harder work without politics and sucking upto managers doesnt guarantee career growth while politics and sucking up without hard work gives more chances at promotion.
