Pros
Phillips 66 has awesome benefits for compensation - an 8% 401K match is nearly unbeatable. Employees also get a 19/30 - a floating day off to use once per month. Makes travel really great.
Cons
People are overworked terrible and the company isn't great at backfilling roles. Workaholics tend to get promoted and work-life balance isn't valued. Burnout is high.
