      Large company with intelligent people to work with

      Cons

      Everything is focused on cutting costs and implementing McKinsey ideas. In finance/accounting they’ve significantly limited career growth opportunities through offshoring functions to India and headcount reductions.

      Pros

      I honestly don't have anything to say that's good about this place after choosing to leave and looking back. I should have left sooner. This place makes Montana look bad. So I guess for my pro it was choosing to leave.

      Cons

      No one in Management there has a back bone to actually disapline employees. This is the first place I have work where people tell their boss to luck off with no consequences. They are willing to cut corners just as bad as the sugar beet plant a mile down the road when it comes to maintenance and safety. The fact they maintain a vpp star status is beyond me.

      Upper management is stuck in the past and no new ideas or people. Company is a follower - constantly chasing technology and ideas that are already 20 years old.
