-Lots of room for growth -Travel opportunities -The company invests a lot of trust and autonomy in you to make your own decisions

Cons

The only downfall of so many project sites is that sometimes the managers are on the road and often hard to get in touch with. Some things need approved and that ends up being delayed with the managers out on the road so much.

It is a great environment to work in. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. As an intern, I am not just doing busy work, but I am actually doing projects with the company and I feel as if I will learn a great amount with P&J.

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast so everything is very fast paced.
