Income could be adjusted, we give care for the sick, hurt, injured people, it's hard when you are also suffering to make ends work, while doing your job.

The higher up's do not care for the supporting staff, definitely care about acquiring leadership and paying them the big salaries, while the DAILY committed and dedicated, and local suffer to survive, and with inflation on the raise MANY are leaving..
