      Tired. Not enough staff or resources.

      Great team work. Recently hired many nurses.

      Cons

      No competition. Upper management does not understand what is needed to provide quality patient care. ICU nurse to patient ratio should be 2:1. Now it is 3:1 and has even been 4:1!! Not safe for patients or nurses.

      Where do I began! TOXIC ENVIRONMENT and HR is nonexistent- the providers do not care about their patients! All Steiner the CEO talks about in his “ leadership meetings” is how much money we are not making ! Patients get procedure they do not need to make $$$!
