      Excellent leadership. Good benefits. Offers one of the best child care centers in the state. Great work environment. Management very supportive of both training and promotion. Good people all around.

      Small town atmosphere. School systems are not the best .. but county is making continued effort for improvement.

      Many - poor patient safety and quality, lack of staff collaboration, high turnover, extremely poor managers, Administration only cares about the money.
