      Pros

      Just rec'd a pay increase. It is good PPMH tries to stay competitive in salary even when they don't have to be now since taking over Palmyra.

      Cons

      tSome management don't know what they are doing. Promotion seems to be based on if you will be the "yes man"

      Job security if you are employed in the right department. the main hospital is a really good place to work, from self experience.

      Cons

      afraid to apply for other positions due to mergers and closures. job descriptions bein canged but pay not equal to work being performed
