Working at Phoenix Home Care has given me an opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Being apart of a company that truly cares about investing in their employees and always providing opportunities of growth, is something I LOVE about Phoenix.

Cons

Learning a good balance of life and work. You can get really invested in your work and take it home with you but learning to allow yourself to leave work at work and not bring any of it home.
