Pros

I loved being a helping hand creating bonds with my clients. I could deny or accept a shift when I needed to.

Cons

You literally do almost everything a CNA does, but is only paid 9 dollars. They under-appreciate their employees. They will try to overwork you if you let them. Communication in both the Columbia, Mo & Independence office is awful.

Pros

Great people to work for. Good environment.

Cons

Spend way to much on gas only to get paid about $2 for gas. Half of my paycheck every week goes to gas.
