Pros

Great company offer benefifts but only suited for parent and child not for those who are married. Nice you get paid for holidays if you work fulltime. Do have to wait a year to get any PTO.

Cons

With being a caregiver its hard to get any hours especially 40 hours if that is what you want. You will always make what you are making since there are never any raises. They wont allow ovetime now since they are being forced to pay it. I think they should allow it if a client needs the hours because I know some not getting their hours filled.
