Pros

work with you on your schedules, they are also a very great company to work with.

Cons

communication is all through email, which isn't horrible but when you call the office they hardly pick up the phones the first time. you have to leave a voicemail.

Pros

Offer benefits but not the greatest. Good experience really not much more

Cons

Low pay never any raises. Never guaranteed hours and when first hired takes forever to get any clients. Insurance is a very high deductible. Would rather clients go without hours then pay OT.

Pros

Your team always has your back, get to help people going through hard times, very very flexible with scheduling and very understanding to taking days off along with emergencies and having to call in, almost always have new clients for different days, hours, and areas for you to pick, I love the extra holiday pay

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that we can't get to 40 hours steady, it has to be through fill in a because they won't just give you a steady 40 hour week, which can be very stressful, especially as a single parent trying to make ends meet by myself. I also dislike that we have to work at least one weekend a month but hey at least it's only manditory for 1 weekend each month, sometimes some of the scheduling girls need to communicate a little more, and the only other thing I can think of is if you get rude clients or feel uncomfortable being in a certain home and you ask for a new client and a different caregiver for them, I think it should take less than 2 months to be arranged instead of 2.5 almost 3.
