Great autonomy & responsibility from the get-go, genuinely feels like people care about your ideas and input. Pay above industry average Really friendly team and flexible hybrid working

Cons

Company culture can be a little intimidating- sometimes it feels like you can't question/disagree with cultural missions or statements Team can feel a little disorganised, but this could be due to recent restructuring

Pros

Competitive salary and commission structure. Lots of opportunities to move into different roles as the company is growing all the time. They also ask employees to complete a survey regularly to find out how they can improve and make changes on the back of this. Overall they are a very forward thinking company

Phorest is a fast growing company, meaning that there’s always a lot going on, lots of opportunities for development and learning. The team here is the best! You get to work with really exciting people. The company is also remote first and offers a lot of flexibility.
