Thorough but Enjoyable

Pros

– Every interviewer was really easy to talk to – They did their best to go through the process quickly despite there being so many rounds and empathised that is it a lengthy process

Cons

– Quite a big time commitment for the interviews & task, especially if you aren't successful – They require your references to call them

Pros

-From the minute I (remotely) stepped into Phorest, I was welcomed with open arms. -The company has a fantastic and engaging culture that is really inclusive to everyone. -You can really see the company takes their employees and values seriously. -The Induction to the Company is really thorough to ensure new hires are introduced seamlessly. -All new hires have a CEO Induction where you are introduced to the CEO which is fantastic. -Phorest is big advocate for retaining talent and it is clear to see the progression of staff throughout the years. -The Benefits in my opinion are good. -Kept informed with regular updates on how the company is doing.

Cons

There are no cons, I am extremely happy working at Phorest :)
