The atmosphere is one of collaboration and teamwork - even while we are all working remotely - and the dedication to growing each individual into the best they can be is evident through Learning & Development programmes and management structure. Phorest is in a high growth phase too, so it's exciting to feel a part of a team that will ultimately shape the future of the company. Every person counts, and that's really important to me and how I contribute to my job.

Being in a high growth phase comes with a few cons! It can be very fast paced at times and priorities can be a juggle. For some, this makes the work here more exciting, for others it can be unsettling.
