Pros

It's a job, that's the only positive.

Cons

Only take this if it's your only option. Poor work life balance, no potential for growth. They do not care about their employees, and that's putting it lightly. Benefits are terrible, pay is extremely low with low opportunity to increase (they pushed back promised pay increases last year over a month to "fix something on their end"), PTO policy is terrible (with very little company days off and no sick leave) Insurance is based in Texas which is practically unusable for anyone not in the area. They will attempt to do really sketchy things, like threaten you with reduced pay if you don't submit a timesheet despite you being a salaried employee or force take your meager PTO if they need to cover time contractors wont pay. The HR team is unresponsive. Horrible tech policies including spyware on your computer tracking your time. Management attempts to seem friendly but is unsupportive.
