Easy interview, was remote (no longer so)
Cons
Working with HR and people on your team in different countries. You will be expected to respond at all hours. No shame to the people who struggle with English, but for those of us in the US, we are expected to make up for that. Lead projects more so for those who can't speak as well, have higher expectations, and take the fault for them with no extra pay. The US coworkers were nice, and some leaders there were abusive. Expectation to work all hours. The head of creative admitted our salaries were dirt.
