      1. Fast paced and multiple kinds of tasks will be given along with ownership. 2. Mobile Applications are hot cake of this generation hence trendy.

      Cons

      1. Managers have attitude problem and group-ism, seniors domination. They will target you if you dont build personal rapo with them and their group. 2. Managers might be cunning, political, jealousy, tricky, corrupt to the extent/danger of the employee being prone to schizophrenia, loss of money, being jobless.

      Good place for people who wants to work hard and spend 10 hours in office (NET 9 hours). Good for people who likes to take challenges Good for people who do not like working on legacy systems. Photon Encourages using new tools and languages to achieve customer goals.

      Cons

      10 hours in office is MANDATORY (otherwise be ready for LOP) Work life balance may not be great compared many MNCs No fun activities at all
