Good exposure for beginners as there are lots of things to do, especially in mobile. For mid-level guys good opportunity to get exposure to some big clients.

Cons

Management, Autocracy, ill-treatment, No Work-Life Balance.

It could be a flat organization if you perform; you can easily reach out to upper management and get favours when you perform; they would give you any position and any salary when you perform

Cons

Too many to list. tl;dr - most of their policies are illegal, the way they handle issues are illegal. They ask you to sign insane contracts - 2 years contract, 2 years non-compete clauses etc. At one point of time, 75% of the desktops were using pirated software
