      Pros

      Good company for experienced professionals to work for not more than a year.

      Cons

      High attrition rate. Company doesn't care about the resources, long extended work hours, minimum 9 hrs/day of working (excluding even restroom all breaks), high expectations, low/no recognition, no appreciation, no encouragement, no work-life balance (resources are expected to be available 24X7), pathetic language used my Sr. Management (even in mails), selfish Sr. management, communal. Join only to screw your life.

      Nothing much to say in Pros, while you joining you can get more salary and after that don't talk about appraisal.

      No good management Process only there in name but you can't follow Small cafeteria for huge crowd No good food contractors
