      small organisation, top management is helpful and accessible, no issues on salary or leave, laid back environment, ease of changing roles and taking up ones that haven't been there before, most of the people are young

      Cons

      location is majorly Chennai, some may find the work culture alien there are a few written procedures

      The company has a large footprint in F100 customers, where it enables one to work with cutting edge technology in highly advanced mobility projects. The growth prospects are good for people who are fast learners and driven. The work environment is challenging and expectations are set reasonably high.

      Cons

      the amount of work is on the higher side and deadlines tend to be aggressive.
