Good work exposure, especially chance to interact with clients early on High responsibility good growth prospects if performance is good

Cons

Work culture is indeed aggressive and becomes difficult but only if someone is not performing. Processes need more maturity. They have been improving though

Good place to work. Much better compensation compared to other industry players. Fast Track growth at Higher levels. Has the potential to be a top class org

Cons

Lack of transparency in operations. Treatment of employees could be better. More role clarity is required for the employees to understand their roles and responsibilities and perform much better.
