- Recruiter will ask you to join within next day after you get selected in interview. - very bad management. - they literally yell at you if you don't work on weekends. - too much of micro management. - too much office politics - management will have grudge on you when you don't agree to work on weekends even though if your punctual at work and timings during weekdays and they will literally throw you out from existing project and when you question they will give you lame reasons. - And once your on bench then your time starts ticking wether you will be off-boarded or no but mostly you will be off-boarded. - questioning your HR why your off-boarded it's just waist of time. - they have tracker when you enter the office and other tracker in your system to check if you have worked for 8 hours and if they find you didn't work for 8 hours it's a loss of pay. - No growth. - No Code review will be given they will assign you the task and expect you to complete in 15 - 30 mins. And every now and the managers will call you for update. - joining this company you will always have a fear that you will be off-boarded anytime.
