Pros

No Pros for this company. As it is mandatory to give overall rating, so I have given at least 1 star but my actual rating would be '0'.

Cons

1. There is no job security. 2. They will hire for a specific project and once the project is closed, the employee will be removed from the company without any prior notice. 3. If you are in probation period, then they will make you to write a resignation letter over a call and then they will send you out of the company on the same day. 4. Daily 8 productive hours mandatory in the office, other wise they will consider the day as LOP. 5. No benefits. 6. 5 day WFO. 7. There is a lot of micro management by tracking the apps that we browse on our system and also calculating the productive hours using a system software. 8. They will only consider regional people's opinions. especially Chennai location employees.

Pros

1. There is nothing pros about this company don't lose your career by looking at their infrastructure. They are running without any project

Cons

They engage in an unethical recruitment process. First, they hire you but delay your onboarding for a month. Then, suddenly, they demand that you join immediately, catching you off guard while you’re waiting for other opportunities. They inflate their headcount for their client's benefit, but if the client doesn’t onboard you for a project, you could end up jobless. Within just two days, they pressure and threaten you with their unreasonable HR policies. If you refuse to resign, they intimidate you by suggesting that a termination could harm your career. Even those who have dedicated years of service to the company find themselves in the same unfortunate situation. Avoid this company at all costs.
