You will get better learning curve.

Cons

You will be treated as machine. There is no employee benefits here. You will be given lot of work with high level of pressure. They will tell about office hours is 8 hours. But reality is you need to work more than 11+ hours per day. You are not allowed to take more than one leave in month. If you took more than one day leave in a month, you should compensate on Saturday or Sunday. If dont compensate, they wont approve your leave and you will get LOP. You need to maintain 9 hrs average per week. If you dont finish your work on time, they will treat you worst. They wont consider about your personal , family and anything. You need to complete your task on time even if you are feeling sick. If you will be throw out of Photon at any time if they think you are not useful for them.
