      No pros at all.The worst company I ever worked and the management is very poor.

      Cons

      This is a company where your talent will not be recognised.People from the same families work together in the same account and these people will be promoted irrespective of their talent.The people who possess no skill will be dominating the skilled people and make sure that these people are pulled down so that there is no threat to their position.

      - Above-than-average pay - Top of the line laptop

      Cons

      - There are no difference between working for them as a contractor or as a full-time employee. - If they dont need you, they just sack you less than 2 weeks notice - If they lose a client's contract, they will lose you (even though the client was happy with the performance) - Sounds/looks professional, but they are not
