Pros
I am willing to admit that I was quite hesitant at first to accept the offer from Photon. It is after all a large company with so much great clients all around the globe. The job is a bit overwhelming at time but I can manage, the important part is that the compensation is adequate and I am learning a lot from the experience.
Cons
Due to the large amount of clients and projects, the roles of the employees can get flexible and unpredictable at times. It creates confusion and often too distracting. The parking area is a bit packed in my opinion, I tried to park my scooter the other day and there is nearly no space enough to accommodate the vehicles.
