1. Good salary while entering. 2. Flexible work timing

Cons

1. Deadline is Hell 2. No coffee machine. 3. No cabs. You might need to book it prior. But most of the case, won't arrange.

Late night company cabs are available and will be planned based on project requirement and intimation from the employee. We also have an online portal for the same. Otherwise Photon's location is well connected by transport. Also there is a full time cafeteria available with fresh beverages, snacks, lunch and dinner.
