Pros

Working at PTU has been amazing! I have been here for the last 4 years, and it has been so cool to see how much the company has grown in that short amount of time. Family always comes first, flexible schedules, great company morale, room for personal growth, some pretty killer work parties, amazing coworkers, everyone is made to feel special (especially on their birthdays/work anniversaries). I could go on and on! I feel so lucky to work at a place like PTU.

Pros

PTU is a supportive, team-based environment and we are always collaborating with and learning from each other. There are always opportunities for learning, mentorship, and growth, and creativity to create new lanes within the company based on your own clinical interests is always encouraged. All sessions are one-on-one for a full 40 minutes with no high-stress productivity standards. The emphasis on quality health care is very apparent throughout the whole company, and it is so refreshing to work for a company that truly advocates for its patients! Not to mention the most fun group of people you'll ever work with :)
