seasonal pay is great, fellow staff RNs are pretty great to work with

Management, high patient acuity, understaffed aides and RNs most of the time, for those who are FT core nurses there is low salary pay with little to no chance for improvement/raise in salary unless you reapply as seasonal. no incentives, only shift differentials
