Pros

Flexible schedule, very helpful coworkers, decent pay, employee discounts were amazing. Leadership was strong and clearly knew what they were doing.

Cons

Not enough pay, you will be stuck cleaning hours after your shift because it's such a mess but you are accused of taking advantage of overtime, only two people working the line with one cook and one on take out, always scheduled us in a way that we legally didn't have to take a break even though with the amount of cleaning afterwards our shifts were technically 8 hours.

The only job I've had where I can actually say I don't dread waking up every morning to go to. Hours can be long but rewarding as there is plenty to learn if you are willing to.

Cons

In my personal experience, I was underpaid for the amount of work I did. I had Teammates on the same level as me. and even superiors above me getting paid more for doing less.
