Cons
Promotes culture of sexual harassment and does not take assault seriously. Ongoing company joke to "fire parsley" if an "attractive" customer walks in. I heard of employees making rape jokes about customers who switched to this new "inside piada joke." I was aslo sexually assaulted by an employee. After sharing that information with my boss, I was still asked to come in for my shift that day. A group of men (some affiliated with piada) then attempted to coerce me into sex, saying they would spread lies if I did not comply. Upper management then sided with the rumors. Durring my time at Piada, I was promoted twice and given 4 years of positive performance reviews. Within 3 weeks after being questioned about said rumors, I was terminated for "performance."
