It's a very friendly atmosphere and has a high cap space for growth if you stick with the company. They have good benefits and will try to treat you well as best they can. They do care about their employees.

Cons

Low starting wages and minimum advancement in wages over time. Inconsistencies between corporate and the individual stores. Managers having to overwork due to a high turnover rate.
