None whatsoever,torture , no breaks, mental abuse.

Cons

Viewed as worthless, inferior, a Hebrew slave unless you're a supervisor. No incentives for a raise nor any other type of promotions . The likely people that are promoted are their favorites. The non pets are terminated like me
