Free food managers look other way when taking food home that's if they decided to even leave the office at all

Cons

The whole experience of working for piada Being fires with. Out prior consultation my check wasn't provided within the 24hrs And the lack of opportunity to move up. And lied to anytime asked for a raise

Great concept. Great food. Good pay. Good bonus. Great benefits. Good work life balance. Decent hours. Good opportunity to move up quickly.

Cons

The company allows general managers to date lower level managers and employees. Allow promotion of someone the general manager was dating over more qualified individual. HR sided with the couple and condoned everything.

The pay and hours were okay

Cons

Training was inconsistent and the managers were petty and unprofessional. I did not understand how some managers were promoted with the way they treated team members and guests.
