-Somewhat flexible schedule -Reasonable expectations and pay for service work

Cons

-Unreliable management -EXTREMELY unreliable hours--was told when hired I could get the 30-35 I was looking for, frequently was scheduled many days a week for only a few hours at a time and would clock maybe 12-15 -Was hired for the summer and given ZERO hours my last two weeks. Was scheduled for the two days AFTER my last day and then was yelled at on the phone for not showing up.
