Pros
Company is hard to move up in. Most managers have been there for a long time. You have to wait for someone to do something stupid and get fired or retire in order to move on, unless you are willing to move, but Regional Managers don't like to give away their managers to otheres. 45-50 hour weeks not too bad.
Cons
The bonus structure is terrible. Focused on outside sales that they "train" you for. I didn't sign up to be a sales person...Company is in bankrupcy yet again and is following the same direction they did as last time. Venture Capitalists own the company. More stores will be closing very soon. The opportuity for growth doesn't exist anymore.
