Pros
Remote work and great people
Cons
They lay off 10% or more of the company. You never know when it’s going to happen . They call a meeting then tell you to check your personal email. If you have an email you’re one of the lucky ones, and you no longer have a job. Doesn’t matter how good your work is or how long you’ve worked for the company. The problem is they preach they are a people oriented company and they need to practice what they preach. The layoff has happened every year for the last 3 years. They carve out entire departments. Disgusting way to treat your employees.
