      Fantastic products and co workers but challenging leadership.

      Pros

      The products are top of class, the employees within care so much about their jobs and clients.

      Cons

      The leadership seems to change almost once a year and the only way to get ahead is if you are part of the “in crowd”. Moving up was not an options nor speaking your mind.

      Products are very well received by accounts Company is based on great ideals towards people/planet When things go wrong mgmt usually tries to make it right

      Cons

      New top mgmt not working out Constant product supply issues Not enough investment in customer service Hard to compete in skincare with our "legacy" products when so much new technology in competitors' products Retail availability of prods

      Pros

      Great products. Stable company (Funded by HQ), Small company environment enabling you to learn and work in many different areas.Growing in the US.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be rewarded for your efforts. Negotiate up front on your salary as it will not increase by much at all yearly. Very biased towards French employees. Tenured local employees will work for a long time only to see a young French person come in and be promoted within a short period of time. Lots of perks for those in the "in Crowd" No consistency in policies. SOPS??? None.
